About Us

Hebron Community Alliance… a business organization to foster networking of Hebron area businesses. To provide a conduit for business, education, and civic prosperity in the north Carrollton, Castle Hills, Austin Ranch and the west Plano area which builds a better community for all of us by promoting a positive environment for businesses, families, and schools through member-driven programs.

Hebron Community Alliance is a non-profit Texas Corporation and Tax Exempt under the IRS Code Section 501 (c) (3) under the Hebron Community Alliance.

Areas of Interest

Business & Governmental Affairs

  • Liaison w/ City, County, State and Federal Contacts to include:
    • Addressing issues for local business
    • Updates from local councils/boards on regulations, taxes and changes to laws that affect business
    • Coordinate information from TXDOT/municipalities

Community Development

  • Economic Development (work with cities to assist in drawing and retaining new businesses into the area)
  • Community Outreach and Ecumenical Council
  • Charitable events and programs

Education & Technology

  • Liaison w/ local High School programs to include:
    • Scholarships
    • Intern Programs
    • Work Force Training/Integration
  • Enhance the HCA website and social media sites

Membership & Marketing

  • New Membership Recruitment
  • General marketing of HCA to enhance membership
  • Growth of HCA

Services

Economic Development

Purpose: Promote business development and employment for area businesses through information and activity.

Advertise HCA members business on HCA website, HCA Facebook site, mailings, emails, newsletters, discounts to members on advertising in select areas, discounts for office supplies and sponsorship opportunities. Provide monthly networking luncheons and mixers. Speakers for monthly luncheons to inform and educate HCA members.

Education

Purpose: To support the Hebron High School area programs and students.

Annual fund raising to provide scholarships for Hebron High School students of the graduating class. Mentoring programs for Hebron high School students. Internships for Hebron High School students.

Government Affairs

Purpose: To stay abreast of issues affecting the four cities, Lewisville Independent School District and Denton County and recommend to HBA Board of Directors on business issues.

The market includes north Carrollton, Castle Hills, Austin Ranch and west Plano businesses. The organization provides member ship for businesses from 1 or more employees. Many of the potential members are small businesses which can benefit from the services provided from membership and large businesses have a way to be involved in their community organizations.

Chairman’s Five Star Club

Purpose: To recognize Five Star Club members of the associations.

Five Star Club membership levels include Diamond, Platinum and Gold. Quarterly meetings for program input. Featured advertising on HCA website, Facebook, mailings, emails, newsletters, targeted advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

The Organization

Our management team consists of the HCA Board of Directors which works closely with the HCA Executive Director. The work of the organization is divided among the Board of Directors, Committees and the Executive Director. The organization may need to add staff as the organization grows.

Hebron Community Alliance Board of Directors consists of seven members.
